Bearfoot Escape is a true pine log cabin in Lake Lure with incredible mountain views and beautifully landscaped. The 8 person hot tub on the mountain side soothes the soul. A large stone fire pit invites you and your family to drift away in thought as you take in the view and relax on the back deck while the grill is fired up and watch the sunset over the mountain tops or enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the mountains. Brand new furnishings and all the comforts of home. Easily accessible.
The space
Sweetbriar Farms is a private, gated community which has a park along Cedar Creek. It has easy access to the main roads of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Hendersonville and Asheville are only about 45 minutes away.

As you arrive, you will park in the circular drive and walk down the steps to a very welcoming front porch with some of the most comfortable rocking chairs and a swing. It’s one our favorite places to sit and watch the birds and butterflies.

Inside you will have beautiful mountain views with the living room opening to the kitchen and dining area. The living room has new furnishings, a gas fireplace and TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The French doors open up to the back deck.

Down the hall on the main floor there is a charming bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet and TV. A new pack and play, high chair and baby gate are located in this closet. The laundry room and a full bathroom are also down this hallway.

Upstairs there is the loft that overlooks the main living areas. It has two full sized beds, a game station and a large desk.

The master bedroom is also upstairs. It has a queen bed, TV and large walk in closet. 2 single cots are in this closet. The bathroom has a stand up shower.


Roku’s are set up in the living room and both bedrooms.
