1. Construction Notice:
Please be aware that there may be occasional daytime noise due to renovations nearby. We ensure that all our pools and amenities remain fully accessible for your enjoyment and relaxation.

2. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

3. This condo only has a minifridge with a small freezer. It does not produce ice so bring a bag of ice if you prefer (2 ice trays are provided to make ice).

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers
