Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay! The location was phenomenal! The property was comfortable and well appointed. The views were amazing! Don't hesitate, book without hesitation!

Great location but!

Location was very good.. Very loud location the unit needs fans. The water pressure very weak. The hot water tank has wiring looks very dangerous. Gangs of 10-20 hang out by the main door smoking weed.

Great apartment in a good location

It was a little hard to find check in office but people wer helpful. Apartment was great - beds were made up as fulls, so had to request that they bring twin bed linens so we could separate them but housekeeping was very prompt and helpful. Only thing missing from listing was extra chair - would have been nice with group of 5 but not a big deal.

Great location

The property is in a great location. We felt safe and having a market right next door was so convenient. An ideal location. There's more to love than not with this rental. The property lacks charm though. We found the instructions a bit hard to follow and there wasn't enough of anything in the apartment. There was no salt or pepper, no seasonings, nothing and not enough towels and no broom. I think someone just needs to view this apartment from the perspective of guests who rented an apartment with a kitchen so they could cook and hang out.

Great location, some confusion on check-in.

We went to the apartment company and received our keys when we first arrived in Dublin. We walked a few blocks with our luggage to the apartment and when we arrived found that it was the wrong one. Then we had to walk back to the apartment company and get the correct Keys. The company did pay for a taxi for us to move our luggage but it caused us to be delayed in checking in. The apartment was roomy and nice, but the floors were pretty dirty.

The apartment was very clean and was in a fabulous location . Communication with owners was prompt

My only complaint was the hallways and elevators to apartment were quite dirty and the entrance doorway was difficult to get in. Also, one of our fobs did not work but the management did replace it. The phone number on Sheet given to us when we arrived did not work but email response was good. Management was pleasant and the apartment was well stocked but no binder of how to work appliances or to could be located. We did appreciate the cleanliness of apartment.

Different to what was advertised but comfortable and pleasant

Our reservation was confirmed within 15 minutes - a very nice change after 2 attempts on a well known site where each request was ignored for 24hours! However we were immediately told that we were being put into a different, similar property which was a bit odd; if we didn't want to accept then we could cancel without charge. No photos were available of the other property and we were a bit concerned - why not list it as a separate property? Was this a bait and switch? Is the place where we are being accommodated not as good, are we overpaying? However the place (Flat 2, 30 Pearse Square) turned out to be very pleasant. The location was excellent, with several supermarkets just minutes' walk, Pearse Street station less than 10 minutes away and Stephen's Green about 20 minutes away. The flat itself was nice, a small but comfy living/dining room with 4 dining chairs, armchair and a 2 seat sofa and TV. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, an electric cooker and a washing machine, all easy to use. There were 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles so it sleeps 4 (not 6!) and a shared bathroom with shower. Ideal for the three of us, or a family of four. Facing Pearse Square park it was quite a quiet area but the floor and ceiling were thin, we could hear footsteps and conversations from above and below but it was not too bothersome. The only difficulties were controlling the water temperature in the kitchen; wherever the tap was set, the water was scalding hot or cold, never in between. And we could not work out when to put out the rubbish, finally hanging it on the railing and it was removed 3 days later. Overall a pleasant stay. The question of advertising one property and giving another aside, if you do find yourselves booked into this place you needn't worry, it is nice. comfortable, well equipped and a good location.

Top locatie, appartement aan modernisering toe

Superschoon opgeleverd maar de sanitaire voorzieningen komen nog uit de jaren negentig. Locatie maakt eigenlijk alles goed. Lawaaiige straat snachts vanwege opbaoiwen van de markt. Ramen dicht en dan slaap je prima.

An Amazing Stay!

I recently stayed at the apartments. I found it to be very clean, quiet (even though it's in the heart of the city) and the water pressure was out of this world. The staff was extremely helpful. This apartment was a perfect fit for me, being located near all the attractions Dublin has to offer. It was everything I could have wanted and more. I will definitely book again when I return to Ireland. Thank you for your hospitality and for the tips on where to find sea glass! Charles

2nd time in Dublin this year & really enjoyed this city apartment

Found super apartment using VRBO over summer with family and had good experience.Was over again for work and needed smaller unit.Wanted more city center and this apartment ticked all the boxes.Situated on Parnell Square with Henry street,O'Connell street two minute stroll.The tram line is about 5 minute walk,red line and very useful for the Convention Center.There is Tesco supermarket close by and some interesting pubs and restaurants,recommend Parnell Inn and Kingfisher,tasty fish and chips! The apartment is quiet and we were based on 2nd floor,there is elevator and kitchen well stocked,washer/dryer is handy but would like more instructions.Key collection is in nearby office and found everyone helpful.Good spot.
