Our beautiful newly furnished luxury 5 bedroom Condo is located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. It is one of only a handful of air-conditioned properties on the Island of Kauai. Our Condo is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the mountain range. The resort is located just a short stroll to several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes them the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brenneckes and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast!

BEST CONDO AT THE REGENCY! A cut above the rest. Finest furnishings including: high quality mattresses, linens, bathrooms stocked with full-sized Malie Organics Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Lotion, Hairdryers enough kitchenware to cook a Thanksgiving dinner!

Our condo comes with a utility closet (off the master lanai) full of beach towels, beach chairs, boogey boards, coolers, and so much more. Everything you need for the perfect vacation! (Other rentals charge extra for these items!)

Our Condo offers the finest interior furnishings to make your vacation a luxury experience. It is equipped with all the comforts of home including a full sized gourmet kitchen, including granite counter tops, washer/dryer, walk-in travertine tile showers and jetted tubs - probably overkill for a rental but we wanted you to be pampered while vacationing in paradise. Spacious, clean, and comfortable property in a convenient location that has everything you need for your vacation. We had a family group of 10 people and we cooked a lot and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and other equipment to enjoy your time at the beach.

We loved our stay in Poipu. The house was comfortable and really clean. The rooms were nicely set up and there were so many beach toys and chairs. We had a couple minor hiccups with appliances, but Jennifer, the owner, jumped right on them to solve the issue. She even brought us some coffee! Highly recommend.

Lived up to expectations!
As a family of 10 adults, this unit was just what we were looking for. Very well equipped kitchen for meals, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great appliances, and overall well maintained! Location was a bit farther from the beach but that may have just been a result of our choosing to walk to it several times a day. You can drive right to it in a couple minutes but why when you can enjoy the scenic walk thru the complex?! Jennifer was excellent in communications. Would high recommend!

Condo was as advertised. Exceptionality clean. Nice beds and bedding. Plenty of beach towels and beach fun gear. Short walk to several beaches and restaurants. Beautiful property. Having laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided was very helpful. Appliances are high end. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect size for our group of 12. Each family had their own rooms so if they needed some quiet time, they could. All the beach amenities were awesome to have. With 4 families cooking, there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. It was a nice walk to the beach and there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. We were so pleased with the accomodations. Thank you!

Condo was great in exceptional condition with all the amenities we needed. Didn’t interact with the host because we didn’t require anything additional. Everything functioned well in bathrooms and kitchen. Grill was a short walk away which we used one night and it was a newish looking Weber Genesis. Short walk to beaches Brennecke and Poipu with turtles just 10 minutes and Shipwreck about 15 minutes. Great stay overall and would recommend

What a great week!
The condo was in a wonderful South Side location, walking distance to a lovely beach and an easy drive to shopping and good restaurants. The unit was spacious (for the 9 of us) and clean. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was and how well-documented the house rules and points of interest were. (Some entries may need to be updated.)

This is a wonderful place to stay and a great location on the island. We were a group of 15 folks in the two condos, age range from 14 y.o. -70. Condos are as advertised and are very nice, clean and well appointed. Checkin was easy. Parking is convenient, and Jennifer is a great host! She keeps in touch and helps if needed. One thing i'd point out is in #920 -- the bedrooms upstairs are connected by a bathroom, but you must walk through one bedroom and the bathroom to access the second bedroom. Didn't end up being a problem for us, but might be good to know for some groups looking for a spot.

10 of us stayed in this wonderful home! Plenty of room. Loved the beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella and boogie boards! Kitchen had so many appliances, dishes, etc., Wonderful quiet. neighborhood and we enjoyed the balconies and pool. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation to Kauai
We had 12 people in our group. 6 from Ohio and 6 from Canada. The condo was perfect for our group. We had 4 couples and one couple with two children (7 & 10). Everyone got their own room and the family of four shared the room with two queen beds. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean and well equipped. Very well stocked with linens (16 Beach towels), some snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys! Plenty of dishes and cookware. Also, having a washer and dryer was very helpful with our large group. The only thing I would say we could have used more of was hangers in the closets and maybe a few folding chairs for the kitchen table for a bit more seating. The location was great! We were there for two weeks. We planned our trip over about a year. The beaches were beautiful and as I mentioned the location was very convenient for our many day trips and activities. We celebrated two birthdays while we were there and had the right pans and mixer to make two birthday cakes also! Jennifer and her husband were very good hosts. They answered almost immediately when we needed new lightbulbs and batteries for the thermostat. We had a leaky coffee pot and broken beach wagon which they replaced immediately. We all agreed we would stay there again!
