Built in 1947, this cozy, charming colonial home in the heart of Charles Town WV is rich in history. Guests can relax and unwind in this peaceful retreat. Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of this property complete with full kitchen, several dining areas, living room with electric fireplace, free WIFI/Netflix, and a game room/office. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or glass of wine on the screened in porch, or shared garden patio with gas firepit. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, complete with linens, with 1 full and 1 queen bed. For your comfort, extra blankets and lines are provided. Upstairs also has a Full bathroom, the main floor has a half bath, which include complete sets of towels. Complimentary snacks, toiletries, hair dryer and iron/iron board are also available. There is Central heat/AC and ceiling fans throughout the home in addition to extra portable fans and heaters. Extra cleaning products are provided. Note: There are numerous stairs to climb throughout the home. No Laundry facilities are on site for guest usage. Laundry Mats nearby.

We are a retired couple who refurbished and opened our first short term rental property in 2022, and are now moving into our third year of hosting. Just a short drive, enjoy Harpers Ferry Historic National Park, biking, hiking, water sports, ghost tours, wineries, breweries. Just a 30-minute drive to Martinsburg WV, Frederick MD, Leesburg VA, Winchester VA. 1 hour to Washington DC, Baltimore MD, Hagerstown MD, and Gettysburg PA.
