Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, newly constructed townhouse. This home offers a modern and hip vibe that will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to take on any task that comes your way. Just blocks to Broncos Stadium, so you can easily walk to Broncos games. Local coffee shops, pubs, restaurants are walkable (1/2 mile away) or drive just a few short minutes to downtown or other great neighborhoods like RiNo, LoDo and the Highlands to explore the best of Denver.
The space
Beautiful living space occupies the 2nd level of this property, which includes the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Areas, work station, and walk-out balcony with a gas grill. This corner unit is also engulfed with natural light. The 3rd level offers 2 separate bedrooms along with 1 full shared bathroom. In addition there is a full sized washer and dryer. The 2nd guest bedroom has a full sized bed. This has been upgraded so if you are reading some of the comments this has been changed to better serve our guests. This bedroom also offers the capability to operate as a private home office if desired. The top level consist of the spacious roof top deck, which allows for a perfect place to dine, enjoy a glass of wine, catch a sunset and enjoy the views of the Rocky Mountains, Sloans Lake, Broncos Stadium and the beautiful Denver City Skyline.

You will have the home entirely to yourself! There are 2 bedrooms, with a shared full bathroom. Entry level also has a 1/2 bath. Please note that for everyone's security a Nest doorbell camera and outside camera are installed and video is recorded. There are no active cameras inside the home.
There are 2 flights of stairs & no child safety features so this home is not recommended for young and / or unsupervised children.
Other things to note
We have a strict non-smoking inside of the property policy. This is a completely non smoking home. Please refrain from using any type of smoking products inside this property. You are welcome to use the roof top deck as long as all smoking trash is properly removed and disposed of. Any smoking inside of the home will be imposed a fine and cleaning fees starting at $500.00.
