Downtown Condo

The location is great and walking distance to downtown attractions. The key access parking garage is a very safe secure feature. The condo is cute and clean recommended for single or couples traveling through the Queen City.

4 years anniversary

We booked this place based on the distance from the Spectrum center. It was our 4 year wedding anniversary and I took my husband to a game as his gift. We LOVED THE PLACE! so clean so beautifully decorated! So quiet so safe. We will definitely be booking again!!

Everything you need

This is a great place to stay if you're there for an even at the Bank of America stadium or Spectrum Center, not a far walk at all. The unit was decorated very nicely and was the perfect size for just the two of us. Finding where we were supposed to park was difficult, but the owner helped us get to where we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great Hidden Jewel!

Great place, location, and a fantastic host! The entire condo was comfortable, from the security, bed, shower and the location! Would definitely recommend this condo to any!

Short weekend

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this quaint apartment. We spent most of our time out and about with some friends that were local, but this would be a great apartment for someone spending more time in it. We were a little confused at first with the Chirp app that was used to access the apartment, but the host responded quickly to all questions and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Parents Weekend

Beautiful Uptown Condo

The place was beautiful and super clean - very well appointed and comfortable. The view of uptown from the balcony was great. All of uptown is right there, but this place is tucked away and private - really the best of both worlds. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect for the solo traveler!

The property was clean, safe and easy to navigate. this was my first time traveling solo and this unit was absolutely adorable. The balcony was perfect and overlook the city and the unit was so chic. if I come to the area again, I would love to stay here! The host was extremely responsive!

Charlotte Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean bathroom, clean kitchen, and clean space overall. Great communication, easy check in/check out instructions, good spot near downtown. The only thing I wished to see would be a clothing rack to hang some clothing and maybe a toaster. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

Perfectly quintessential Charlotte

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. From the amenities, to the pool, to the ease of checking in and entering the building, I loved every second of it. Near the heart of downtown and close to a number of cool restaurants and cocktail spots, this studio is perfect for the traveler looking to discover Charlotte with the feel of a local. Michele was extremely responsive, prompt, and gave wonderful suggestions and assistance. There were so many thoughtful details, and the decor was fabulous, along with the outdoor balcony overlooking the city. If I visit again, I will be staying here without a doubt. Thanks again!

Cuteeeee

This apartment was so very cute! It had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better! A 10 min walk to the stadium and being downtown kept us from having to order Ubers. Only issue we had was trying to find the parking garage, but the property owner was quick to get in touch to help us find our way! 10/10 recommend this VRBO & will be looking to stay here for any future visits to Charlotte!

Super cute studio in Uptown

This was a great place right in the heart of everything downtown. The condo was really modern and has all the ammenities except For a closet. No hangers so we pulled out clothes from luggage as needed. The only thing I was Skeptical about was the bed. It seemed like a full size instead of a queen. But not an issue if you are both small. My friend slept on the sofa and was fine with it. Would definitely stay there again!

Funky, Clean, Cool

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Check-in instructions and execution were a breeze. The location is wonderful, so much within walking or scootering distance with plenty of scooters in the area to pick up. Our only complaint was that it would have been great to have some kind of welcome packet with information on the availability and location of the buildings facilities. Even a few suggestions of recommend nearby convenience stores, restaurants and activities would be wonderful to have, being a first time visitor to Charlotte.

Nicely Decorated Contemporary Apt

The apt was very modern and nicely decorated. The amenities of common area with pool were very nice. Would like to recommend a couple upgrades to make stay more enjoyable such as stocking kitchen with a few more items such as mixing bowl, measuring cups, toaster,,etc. Also apart needs a small eardry for hanging clothes or even a hanging bar in laundry area. Would love a chair for sitting on balancy, otherwise very nice.
