(Permit: 231212) This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious backyard complete with an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. Just a 5-minute drive from the beach, it's perfect for surf enthusiasts or anyone seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests
- 2 Bedrooms - 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 reserved parking spaces - There is room for 2 cars to fit in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Spacious backyard with outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower
- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

House was nice, clean, furnished with what was needed but sparse. This is a corporate property manager managing multiple properties. Additional fees/taxes made the nightly rate almost twice the advertised rate on vrbo. You sign a separate contract with them, there is no flexibility with early check-in or late checkout, if you need help you speak with a call center overseas or message through the vrbo app only. If you happen to wash off your wetsuits after surfing, you will get an email about a potential water leak from the property manager. We needed lighter fluid for the grill (why not provide a propane grill instead of a charcoal grill given the very high nightly rate?). We had to call an overseas call center, communicate through the app, and never got the lighter fluid. Not a personal experience, a management company that ought to do their own booking instead of having people think this is a "vacation rental by owner".
