Weekend getaway

5 adults, 59 quiet location, nowhere near Hatfield and McCoy trails. Bathrooms were not cleaned after last occupants, (toilets, shower and floors). Refrigerator, kitchen counters and microwave were all cleaned by us on arrival. Bath tub needs snaked. Could not get the fireplace to work, but the furnace worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable, TV worked well, great floor plan. Plenty of room for five adults. Honestly, this would be a beautiful place if the cleaning crew had done their job. If that were the case, I would definitely come back.

The place was excellent. The problem I had with the place was it said it was close Hatfield McCoy trails. The closest one was 7 miles other than that it was a great place to stay.

Holiday trip

Not worth the price. Disappointed fireplace did not work, no table tennis net, air conditioner filter very dirty(have children with allergies and asthma)Large Spiderwebs in corners, broken kitchen chair(we bought tools to repair so we could eat together), washing machine lid rusted and difficult to close.Owner was nice but not local and unaware of property issues. Needs a better cleaning service and a property manager to keep him updated. He asked a neighbor to help but was unable to repair fireplace and it was 17 degrees.Still Hoping for a discount but was actually charged a cleaning fee when we left the property cleaner than when we arrived.
