Located just 70 miles east of Dallas, we have a meeting room, seven bedrooms, and are located near Canton's First Monday Trade Days, as well as a world class golf course.

Overall a good experience.

The property was beautiful and the view of the lake was exceptional. Overall our group had a good time. There were a few minor issues. The spa was not warm and the property owner came over to turn on the pump, but the temperature never increased, so the spa was unusable during our stay. It would have been nice if it was cut on prior to our arrival. One of the shower drains did not drain properly, but there are 7 bathrooms so not a huge issue. The oven only broils, so there was a lot of burnt toast. The toaster did not work very well either. Now the good stuff, the property owner was responsive to our requests, the beds were comfortable considering there was a lot of napping going on in our group. The game room with the pool table was perfect for our group to hang out in. Seeing the stars at night was very enjoyable on the patio. I would definitley stay again.

Staff Trip Success

The stay at the lodge is exactly what the staff needed. They loved the peaceful scenery, the fishing off the dock, and the time spent together at the lodge. If your looking for a good place for a family reunion, big friend get together, or a staff trip, you found your place to place!

COORDINATOR

OHD GIVE ALL THE CO-WORKER A FISHING TIP ONCE A YEAR. THE GUY VOTE EVERY YEAR WERE THEY LIKE TO GO TO LAKE FORK LODGE. HAS ENOUGH ROOMS BEDS AND BATH ROOMS FOR 18 PEOPLE. A KITCHEN TO COOK IN . .300 FT. OF SHORE LINE TO FISH ON. FIVE BAY BOAT HOUSE TO PARK UNDER. AT THE END OF BOAT HOUSE IS A LONG FISHING PIER THATS COVERED TO FISH OFF OF.IF YOU WERE TO HAVE A CHANCE VERY NICE PLEASE TO GO STAY AT WE RATE 10 STAR.INJOY

Great place on the lake

Initially it was hard to contact the owner with questions because the only number I had was a landline with a broken answering machine but eventually I got his cell number then all was good. My guests loved the place. Beds were very comfortable.

Excellent property for weekend stay

Enjoyed the beautiful view of sun over LakeFork. A great location both for gatherings and event with plenty of outdoor space. Huge game room + Indoor Jacuzzi’s are a plus. Ample space for cooking and storing food (refrigerator). Owners were very responsive and accommodating with all requests. Would recommend this to a friend.

Ample space; Great location

The place and facilities are great for friends and family get togethers. The rooms are specious and well laid out. We had a blast and a cabal of teenager kids loved the place. Negatives: 1. The lake level was very low enough that we could not fish no the pier and the boat ramp is far away from water. 2. The place should hire another pro photographer to add some more pictures to this listing :-) There are some places in the house and property that really surprised us pleasantly but were not in the pictures

Awesome Lake Fork Home

Perfect set up for big groups and right on the water with boat house and ramp. Pool table and hang out area is always a plus each time we go. We’ve been staying at Lake Fork Lodge a few years in a row now for company events and look forward to going back each year.

Highly recommend! Excellent Owner Service!

Although an older facility, this lodge provided an excellent environment for a family reunion. Unfortunately, the water level in the lake was extremely low so we did not have use of the boat dock or the boat launch ramp. For a short three-night stay, we were provided with everything we could ask for. The owner was always willing to answer any questions and quickly responded to things we requested.

Great views and indoor spa.

Enjoyed the beautiful views of lake fork. Sunrise was spectacular. Though the weather was cold on the days we were there, we were busy in the spa and pool table. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous Weekend

We had over 20 family members and everyone was very impressed! I'm not sure what they were expecting but they all said it was such a great lodge...very comfortable and plenty of room for the whole family inside and then the outside was equally as wonderful....we smoked briskets Friday for Saturday dinner then had a fire by the shoreline where we gathered and a few fished....just a wonderful weekend and everyone wants to book for next year!! Kyle and Debbie are wonderful Hosts!

Family Thanksgiving

We had 16 of our immediate family here for a week. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property. A couple of cool evenings and the fireplace on the back patio was awesome!
