Great property on the water for a large group. Boat ramp on site. Property management was great and very fast to respond. Highly recommend this lodge and will be staying there again!
Couldn’t ask for better hosts, this is our third year at the lake for a company retreat and it gets better every year. Thank you for always being very accommodating for our large group
The stay at the lodge is exactly what the staff needed. They loved the peaceful scenery, the fishing off the dock, and the time spent together at the lodge.
If your looking for a good place for a family reunion, big friend get together, or a staff trip, you found your place to place!
Property was exactly like advertised. Property fit our group perfectly. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Will more than likely rent again, if available. Very nice place to stay.
We rented this property from Debbie and Kyle for a company getaway for the 2nd time in 2 years, and we will be back again next year. The property is setup perfect for large gatherings such as company retreats, family reunions or just a large group of friends looking for a big enough place to accommodate your group for a fun outing on legendary Lake Fork. If you are looking for a 5 star property for large groups, this is the place.

House was clean and roomy with plenty of sleeping and gathering spaces.
Our family has a reunion once a year and choose a different lodge or cabin each year. This one was as close to perfect as we have found and are considering using it again next year. The kitchen and dining area are located in the center of the house with hallways/bedrooms extending from either side of that area. Lots of bathrooms. Family room included seating, pool table and tv. Kitchen was fine except the refrigerator needs replacing. Plenty of room for several people to cook large meals. Outdoors was well groomed and clean. Large concrete porch/steps off the indoor hot tub area was nice with great view of lake. Plenty of room for younger kids to ride tricycles, scooter, bicycles on the huge parking/drive through area. Property was gated with locked gate which was good for us considering we had young children.
Owners were on site in their own house and gave us complete privacy.
The property was beautiful and the view of the lake was exceptional. Overall our group had a good time. There were a few minor issues. The spa was not warm and the property owner came over to turn on the pump, but the temperature never increased, so the spa was unusable during our stay. It would have been nice if it was cut on prior to our arrival. One of the shower drains did not drain properly, but there are 7 bathrooms so not a huge issue. The oven only broils, so there was a lot of burnt toast. The toaster did not work very well either. Now the good stuff, the property owner was responsive to our requests, the beds were comfortable considering there was a lot of napping going on in our group. The game room with the pool table was perfect for our group to hang out in. Seeing the stars at night was very enjoyable on the patio. I would definitley stay again.
Initially it was hard to contact the owner with questions because the only number I had was a landline with a broken answering machine but eventually I got his cell number then all was good. My guests loved the place. Beds were very comfortable.
Enjoyed the beautiful view of sun over LakeFork. A great location both for gatherings and event with plenty of outdoor space. Huge game room + Indoor Jacuzzi’s are a plus. Ample space for cooking and storing food (refrigerator). Owners were very responsive and accommodating with all requests.
Would recommend this to a friend.
The place and facilities are great for friends and family get togethers. The rooms are specious and well laid out. We had a blast and a cabal of teenager kids loved the place.
Negatives:
1. The lake level was very low enough that we could not fish no the pier and the boat ramp is far away from water.
2. The place should hire another pro photographer to add some more pictures to this listing :-) There are some places in the house and property that really surprised us pleasantly but were not in the pictures
