Southern Exposure is an open concept beachside condo located on the second floor of Sunchase Condominiums. You will love the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches! The unit has been remodeled with granite counter tops, full kitchen, wall-hung smart TV's, memory foam mattresses on every bed, washer and dryer, cultured marble surround tub/shower, among other excellent features. You will enjoy a seamless self check-in utilizing a guest specific door code.

You will have access to the entire condominium except for the owner's closet in the kitchen.
Other things to note
The cleaning fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle.

All TV's have Dish network, and they are all smart TV’s for Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc.

**The complex does not have an elevator. This condo is on the second floor, so guests must walk up stairs.** The seating outside the condo has a terrific view, but know it is on a common/shared walkway. This unit does not have a private balcony.

**The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. Please do not put food or grease down the drain.**

We moved to Gulf Shores in 2016 and have been loving the beach life ever since. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy our home and have a vacation you will remember for a lifetime!

Why they chose this property

The location of our condo is centrally located. It is close to popular attractions such as The Hangout, souvenir shops and restaurants. During the year, the city hosts several events on the beach which our unit is close to. The best thing is our property is literally steps to the beach! Across the street is a fire department, restaurant, ice cream shop, and a grocery/liquor store.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a terrific view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches. It has been updated and well maintained. Our kitchen is fully equipped making you feel right at home. Get a good nights sleep after wearing yourself out on the beach in our memory foam beds. As owners and hosts we will only be a phone call away if you need anything. We are locals so don't hesitate to reach out for advice on activities, great places to eat, or anything else you need.
