This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home sleeps up to 5 adults on 2 queen beds and 1 full size fold-down bed. Perched high on a hill (Pedro Point) this custom home is on 2 levels (2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs) and has a very private backyard area with more stunning ocean views. Included BBQ and fire pit.

Please note this is the owners primary residence so some personal effects will be visible. Also, the owners do have a dog who lives here full time.
