Highly recommend

This is a beautiful 3 story home with 4 bedrooms so perfect for a family and/or friends getaway. The home has upscale amenities and a well stocked kitchen. It has a beautiful front and a covered back deck which was just great for morning coffee. They back yard is fenced in with a gas grill and firepit; neighborhood is quiet. Minot beach is beautiful and just a few blocks away; very walkable. Kelly, the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect home for families!

Kelly's home was beautiful and I so appreciated all of the touches (from welcome book to all the beach toys). Great open space for everyone to spread out - especially in the kitchen and living room. We loved sitting on the back porch while the kids played in the yard and it was an easy (3 blocks?) walk to the beach (Kelly even provides a tide chart to navigate the best time to go down!). The only thing that made me anxious was the proximity to the neighbors - I always felt bad if the kids were having too much fun outdoors...as they usually were, so that's not a bad thing but something that I'm always mindful of and had to monitor (and the adults at night!).
