Nice spacious home

We stayed for a week during the spring break and snowboarded in Copper Mt which was just 11-15 mins away, driving. There was also a free bus from couple of blocks away so no need to drive to mountain if you don't want to. Nice, clean home, had everything we needed. Our teens were able to walk to get an ice cream and visit few local stores, just a block away. Jacuzzi was fun too. Check in and check out process was simple. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Great location, great common spaces, property management needs a little work

The location is great, just a short walk to Main Street and everything in Frisco. The upsairs common room (living room, kitchen, dining room etc.) is great to hang out in for groups. Wood burning stove is nice with good instructions for use, although could have used some kindling/firesatrter and wood in the unit rather than trekking to the garage in the snow to get wood.Speaking of the garage, it is detached and a short walk away from the house. There is enough space for 2 vehicles, but not if you have a roof rack and there won't be much space left over. Our only complaints were:1. Hot tub was inaccesible the frist 2-3 nights of our stay due to a mix-up with the owner and the servicing company. A lock was changed and it took awhile to get the code. The management company was NOT helpful, but the owner was ultimately able to resolve it.2. There is a boot drying system, but it was not working for most of our stay. It was repaired while we were there but not sure how/if it works.3. It happened to snow a lot while we were there. Every morning we left it had not been ploughed at all. We shovelled out the walk and the drive to get the cars out as needed. Ulitimately there was a snow clearing service that did the job apparently, but it was well later in the day.4. Nit picky, but the kitchen needs more in the way of bowls, wine glasses, and general cooking implements.Overall think most people will enjoy their stay here.

Cannot recommend enough

I really cannot recommend this unit and the hosts enough. The place was absolutely fantastic. From the spacious living area/kitchen, to the renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds and heating system, the garage, the complete kitchen, etc. we were completely blown away. The condo had everything we needed and then some! We were there for 5 days and skied 4 of them. We took the bus one day and drove another to Breckenridge, and easily drove to Vail and Beaver Creek. Frisco is so perfectly located! Main St is a very short walk away, which was great to go for coffee in the morning and to dinner in the evening. This is honestly the nicest place we've ever rented and we hope to be back. Check in and out were super easy and communication with the hosts and the management company was outstanding. To top it all off, my daughter left an item of value behind and the owners went above and beyond to get it back to us. You will not regret renting this unit!

Location makes it

Superb location for walking and biking to everything, with handy garage for bikes. Bedrooms downstairs stay and get cooler than upstairs, good for sleeping. Deck near kitchen wonderful view, sun, and shade. Had hot tub heating troubles which the property manager fixed. We fixed an odd lack of plastic glasses. Our second stay here; we'll come again.

Nice Location; Very Walkable!

All was well---we had a couple of slight hiccup in terms of: 1-construction noise adjacent to property---should be resolved soon 2-battery malfunction on electronic lock. All was well in the end. Thank you to the property managers and hosts.

Frisco 2024 - 15th year visiting

We have stayed in Frisco for about 15 years now in the summer for a week or so. Always looking for a house/condo that was comfortable for our needs and that could be a place to repeat a visit the following year - this is that place! I hope to rent again next July! Easy ck in - good comm with the mgmt group/owners - everything we needed in this updated home. Amenities and space were perfect. Some construction next door was a little annoying at 7 am but i learned to enjoy some hispanic music tastes that I had not heard before as they worked - and that will be completed soon. One improvement if any would be a larger hot tub and extended deck area. Otherwise bedrooms showers and livning space were great AND things like fans and extra bedding including air matresses were available - nice touch! Thank you, Kent

Our skiing holiday.

The house really was luxurious. The upstairs living area was very spacious with beautiful views. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the mattresses so comfy we all slept well. Frisco is a delightful town and the house was only a short 2 blocks walk from Main Street. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This property is steps off of Main Street in ‘historic’ Frisco. We have stayed in Frisco many times but usually closer to Safeway/Walmart area. This was a nice change, yet Safeway is five minutes away. Entry to the first floor is all the bedrooms. Kitchen and living area is all upstairs so stairs are a given. Kitchen was well stocked. We had to purchase non-stick skillet and flat iron cook ware for eggs, pancakes, and such, but otherwise, you should be alright. You can get these at Walmart if needed. Beds were great. We used the hot tub once and it seemed to quit heating. Next time we tried to use it, it had fallen to 85 degrees. There is a couch in the living room that needs to be condemned. The back cushions merely ‘rest’ in place. If it were against the wall, probably would be fine. But my 75 year old mom leaned back and the cushion hit the floor. It’s a glorified bed and liability in my opinion. Do not let older people sit here. If you sit here, please lean forward as there is no back rest. But we pulled up chairs to back of this ‘sofa’ and used it as a foot rest. Again, great location, I’d return tomorrow.

Comfortable Condo in Perfect Location

The condo was very comfortable, with plenty of room for 5 of us! The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was just a short walk around the corner to downtown Frisco! Perfect! There was a hot tub, however, it was too hot outside for us to use it. My friends and I highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Wonderful location!

House had a wonderful location and only downside was it was so hot and no screens for the doors and most windows upstairs. So fans helped but didn't want to leave doors opens because of critters. Would be great for ski season. Dryer room for ski boots! Plenty of parking and close to the Main Street.

Wedding Trip 2023

We stayed at this property for a week with some of our closest friends and we had a blast! Everything was clearly labeled in the house and the amenities, such as the hot tub, were open for us to use. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and that made the process very easy. The property is also located close to Main Street, which made it very convenient to go out for dinner or to go shopping. Spending a week every summer in Frisco is something we look forward to and this property made our trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Frisco area.

As Advertised!

The place was perfect for the 3 couples. Lots of space, easy check-in, well maintained and clean condo. Location to multiple ski areas was great for us since we had ski passes to different ski areas. Loved the location to downtown Frisco. Only issue was a breaker flipped and we could not use the stove the first night. The property book with information was located on a small table and we didn't notice it until the next day. Management fixed the issue on day 2. Loved the place and hope to stay there next year.
