Great views from large windows on three sides and decks off the north and sunny south end of the house - Mt. Royal, the Ten Mile Range, the Continental Divide, Wichita Peak, Buffalo Mountain. Ten Mile Creek and its Recreation Path are only ½ a block from the front door.

UPDATED COVID CLEANING PROCEDURES NOW IN PLACE:
Because the safety of our guests is our highest priority, we have a local professional property management company looking after the house, and they have enhanced cleaning protocols in place that meet CDC, WHO, and EPA cleaning guidelines.

Their updated housekeeping standards include:
1) Enhancing basic housekeeping & inspection checklists to disinfect and sanitize properties with emphasis on all “high touch points” (doorknobs, light switches, faucets, etc.) with recommended COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions.
2) Appropriate training and protection for cleaning professionals and inspectors
3) Ensuring that professional cleaners have the correct cleaning tools & supplies
4) Timing cleanings, guest stays, and inspections to allow maximum time between each of these
