About this property

Soak up the Breathtaking Direct View of the Ocean and Beach as you relax at the balcony table with a drink of your choice or while comfortably sitting with your family in your Newly Renovated Condo. Your family has space to be together or spread out and watch TV on the 55 in Flatscreen Smart TV in the Living Room or the 43 in Flatscreen Smart TV in the Bedroom. Feel the Serenity of the Ocean no matter where you are in the condo.

As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home. The Bedroom includes a Queen Size Bed and dresser and is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly. The Bathroom has Marble Floors, a Cast Iron Tub with Cultured Marble surround and vanity top to create a Spa Feel.

You can keep up on your laundry with your Washer and Dryer located just outside the bathroom. Your condo will feel Cozy and Modern with all Stainless Steel Appliances and Tastefully Comfortable Furniture. If you need extra space to hang clothes or to put your suitcases, the closet in the hallway is a great space for your things.

If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops.

Hilton Head Island is truly a wonderful vacation spot for your family and we know you will create many memories to last you a lifetime. For those who require more than one unit, we also have a first floor unit #129 available for rent. You can view it on the VRBO website, listing #1299122. Enjoy!

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas at the pool or the walkway to the beach. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.

Great get away!

Was celebrating our 40 year anniversary and have made several trips to Hilton Head. We love the Coligny Beach area and being close to the beach. This was one of our best stays ever. This condo was clean, perfectly set up and so convenient to everything! Already working on reserving this spot for a fall visit and next summer.

Relaxing

We came for a week of the beach and relaxing and this was the place for it. We could sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves. Walk to several restaurants or to go listen to live music. Great place and location

Pull out bed

Everything was super clean and perfect. The only negative was the mattress on the pull out couch. It had a weird smell and the underside on the mattress and mattress pad was stained. It probably needs to be replaced because it also wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect. We will 100% be staying here again.

Perfect location!

Exactly as described - Great Location - Great Host

Would recommend to anyone. Amazing views of the beach. Close to everything including the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Everything was walkable. Cross the street and you are there. VERY clean condo. Great for a couple or parents with small children. Host was super responsive with questions I had and made a great bike rental recommendation. (Wheelz) Biked ALL over. Found amazing Mx food (Amigos) near the park. Felt very safe. Was really quiet and peaceful. All thumbs up. Would def stay here again.

From the balcony to the beach chair EVERY DAY!

This is a great property for a very relaxing vacation. The views from the balcony offered sunrises and dolphin swims! The property is clean and quiet. Easy access to every thing. Great getaway

First off, Kate was amazing getting back to me quickly on my questions that I had and information on the area. The condo was simple and very clean. As soon as we walked in you smelled clean fresh air. The balcony was great for morning sunrises and coffee. We will definitely keep her in mind for future stays.

Ocean vibes

Loved the location of this condo. Beautiful view of the Ocean and walking distance to shops and grocery store. Unit was quiet and guests respectful. Ideal for a couple and sofa bed could accommodate 2 small children.Pool was used mostly by children,not large enough to do laps .March is a bit cool but some brave souls went in the ocean.Great for walking or biking on the beach. If you have a car recommend a day exploring Sea Pines, dolphin boat excursion, trolly tour of Savannah and explore the art galleries in Bluffton.

We are a family of 4, 5 counting our dog Daisy :), and have lived in the midwest our whole lives. We LOVE to travel and have been all over the U.S. and abroad. With all of our travels, Hilton Head still remains our favorite family destination.

Why they chose this property

One of our parents has owned a Breakers unit since 1995 and we have vacationed here nearly every year since. We love the location and walkability to multiple restaurants and shops. It's our favorite place on the island!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the direct view and sound of the ocean. There is nothing better and more peaceful than the ocean waves hitting the beach and we can experience all of that right from our condo. We love that the beach is within walking distance and we don't have to drive to get to it. Shops and restaurants are only a minute or two walking distance. Bike rentals and bike paths are within walking distance as well. Our morning rituals are a run on the beach or bike paths and a coffee from Coligny Plaza. Our favorite nighttime rituals are ice cream after supper and browsing the shops in Coligny Plaza. During the day we enjoy the pool, beach, ocean and the entertainment at the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut nearby. We also rent bikes for the week and ride all over the island.
