The Space:
Step inside to discover a spacious open-plan layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. The living room invites you in with floor to ceiling windows that will make it hard to leave the couch with a fireplace to keep you cozy and warm after those long fun day's adventuring the Gorge.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, their own private hot tub and private fire pit out back.

All guests of the Three Suns Cabins will also have access to a private section of the Red River . You can enjoy 1100 feet of the Red River with access to a large sandy beach area that is within walking distance from Three Suns Cabin's!

Upon booking, guests will receive information on private walking trails, fishing, beach area on the Red River. Additionally, there is a larger shared fire pit within the cabin development with corn hole and horseshoes. These shared amenities are reserved for guests at Three Suns Cabins.

The Neighborhood:
Knob Hill is in Three Suns Cabins neighborhood with several other Nordic style homes. There is a private walking trail to the Red River for guest use only and a shared large fire pit for up to 20 guests in the center with a couple games for all to use.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed and we cannot make any exceptions.
There is a charcoal grill at the cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider.
The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses.
Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided.
Firewood is not provided.
The cabin is accessible by paved and well maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required.
The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. However, due to high volume of guests, things like to run off. If there is something you're missing in the kitchen, please reach out to us to make your stay a 5-star experience!
