Located in the serene Country Club neighborhood of Rancho Viejo, you're centrally located between Brownsville, Harlingen and Los Fresnos with South Padre Island and Boca Chica Beach just 30-40 minutes away.

With a full office setup to work comfortably, covered patio to relax or grill on, fully fenced back yard on the resaca (river) and a dock to fish off of! You’ll find bananas, figs, avocado, limes and more growing on the property. Feel free to pick and enjoy!

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room boasts a large dining room table to host gatherings. State of the art washer and dryer operate quietly in the laundry room equipped with a large utility sink. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or special needs. We also live in this beautiful neighborhood and are available 24 hours a day should you need us for anything!
