Introducing our exquisite 10,000 sqft. all-inclusive and luxurious oceanfront 6-bedroom, 6 full bath, 4 ½ bath villa. The epitome of opulence and sophistication. The house is a fully sustainable green energy home complete with solar panels and rainwater collection with reverse osmosis water filtration.

Indulge in the lavishness of six spacious bedrooms, each meticulously designed and furnished with the finest materials to ensure absolute comfort and relaxation. The villa boasts a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional elements, with sleek modern amenities integrated with classic architectural features. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, bluetooth speaker, bath robe, hair dryer and shower amenities. You will also find a work space with a floating desk and chair except for the double queen suites.

Designed to captivate and enchant, our tropical fish tank adds an unmatched allure to your stay. Its expertly crafted display seamlessly blends artistry and nature, creating a mesmerizing visual symphony that complements the opulent ambiance of our rental. The tank’s carefully maintained conditions ensure the health and happiness of its inhabitants, providing an authentic glimpse into the wonders of the underwater realm.

The lower level is the place for you to indulge in our incredible chef’s creations at either our exquisite marble island that seats 8 or our uniquely extravagant wood dining table that seats 16. We also have 2 sofa lounging areas where you can enjoy some TV or lounge in front of the infinity pool and Caribbean. Step out onto the expansive terrace and revel in the serenity of the ocean breeze as you relax in the luxurious outdoor living spaces. Take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool or soak up the sun in our spa-style chaise loungers while admiring the stunning panoramic views. We also have a beautiful Mexican palapa dining area in front of the ocean to enjoy meals alfresco. With sophisticated high-speed internet, mesh system and 11 routers strategically placed throughout the villa you will never have to disconnect, even though we suggest you do! Don’t forget to play your favorite tunes on our SONOS state of the art WIFI based speaker system. With music throughout the entire villa, you will find 4 SONOS Systems: 1st floor living room, 2nd floor TV lounge, Pool deck, and Rooftop.

The second level boasts our exclusive private villa gym complete with top-of-the-line equipment, a TV for entertainment and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your exercise routine. Our gym includes a range of weights to select from and workout bench, chin up bar, treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. Step out of the gym to our fun games room where you can play foosball, ping pong, cards or play one of our board games. If you just want to be close to the action and relax you can sit on the game room sofa in the adjacent room.

Our rooftop boasts the most incredible views where you can sip your tropical soothing drink at our roof top swing bar. Have our professional staff mix up one of their refreshing and delicious cocktails while enjoying the game on the 65″ TV. That’s not all, our rooftop area has many areas to enjoy including 4 hammocks, lounge chairs and our comfortable rustic weaved dome bed. Then when it’s time to cool off you can take a dip in the rooftop jacuzzi/plunge pool.

Our dedicated staff is on hand to ensure that your every desire is catered for, from daily housekeeping, chauffeur with vehicle (Suburban that seats 8), private chef services, and much more…… With our commitment to providing unparalleled service, your stay in our luxurious oceanfront villa will be nothing short of extraordinary.

What To Know:
• A damage deposit of $2,500 USD may apply.
• Maximum occupancy: 18 guests (16 in beds, 2 in sofa bed)
• A food deposit of $1000 USD for supplies, food and beverages is due upon booking.
• Pre-stocking available by request only. Applicable fees do apply.
• Chef Service (8 AM – 8 PM): We provide a menu to select meals from. The meals are family style only. We must receive menu selections one week prior to arrival or it will be chef selections. The cost of groceries is not included and a 30% shopping fee is applicable.
• Bartender (11a-9pm) : We have a beachside bar and rooftop bar where our mixologist will prepare any libation you desire with lounger service.
• Chauffeur with Vehicle – Our Suburban seats 7 passengers. Please arrange your trips accordingly. Additional vans can be reserved for a fee and must be booked no later than 72 hours prior.
• Spa service: we count on a team of therapists to provide you with massages, body scrubs, and facials of your choice.
