Welcome to The Garden House, your tranquil monthly haven in one of Greenville's historic neighborhoods, available for stays ranging from 30 days to 6 months. Ideal for those relocating or desiring a longer respite.

Nestled amid mature trees, The Garden House promises immediate serenity. A spacious driveway ensures easy parking, while a leisurely stroll along the front walkway introduces you to our charming garden swing – a delightful spot to unwind.

Inside, the airy foyer ushers you to a dining realm seating six, anchored by a lovingly restored Mid-Century Modern set. Adjacent lies the sun-drenched living area, where a TV awaits (streaming with your app logins only, no cable) against a backdrop of expansive windows.

The adjoining kitchen is a blend of function and aesthetics, featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and a quaint banquette corner for those impromptu meals or coffees.

Retreat to our bedrooms positioned at the back of the residence. The Master boasts a comfy King bed, a TV for your personal streaming pleasure, a vintage MCM dresser, and ample wardrobe space. The secondary bedroom offers both a Full and Twin bed, complemented by generous closet storage.

Between these bedrooms is a well-appointed bathroom, complete with a tub-shower combo. For laundry needs, the expansive basement hosts all essentials.
