AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON PHONE SERVICE: The House is located in a private and remote spot in Sedona with LIMITED CELL PHONE SERVICE. We have provided COMMERCIAL GRADE Wi-Fi service and a back-up Wi-Fi in case of network failure. Please use Wi-Fi based modes of communication. Service for phone calls and texts may be limited.

It is important to note that there is a noise ordinance imposed throughout the region from 10:00pm - 7:00am. This includes having all outdoor lights out at 10:00pm.

NOTES ON POOL
The Pool is Typically Available from March 1st to December 1st. We maintain temperatures in the low 80s. The pool gets cold at night due to the high altitude and desert climate.

*Primary Suite with King-sized bed and a full bathroom

*Second Bedroom with a king-sized bed and Third Bedroom with a queen-sized bed sharing a full bathroom

* Fourth Bedroom in Private Guest House with its own Full Bathroom

*Fifth Bedroom on lower level with a king-size bed and a sofa bed.

*Sixth Bedroom on lower level with a king-size bed

* Seventh Bedroom on lower level with two single beds

*Eight Bedroom on lower level with queen size bed

*The lower level has a large full bathroom equipped with a single and a double shower. There is also another half-bathroom on the lower level.

*The house is equipped with several smart TVs for your enjoyment.

*Laundry Room with washer/dryer. Please use the one upstairs near the kitchen

*Full Electronic Guidebook Available for our Guests 3 days before Check-In

*Please do not throw loose garbage into the trash cans in the garage. Drawstring liner bags are provided for this purpose.
