The kitchen has a passthrough window out to the lanai and all appliances are new and include a wine fridge to host your favorite wines.

The neighborhood has walking paths along the streets so you can safely enjoy your daily walks. You are minutes away from local restaurants, bars, shopping and Cape Coral's own Yacht Club Boat House open air restaurant & beach. If you choose to rent a boat, it's just 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and another 20 minutes to the to the Gulf of Mexico.
