NEW LISTING...a beautifully updated 2700 sq. ft., 3 bedroom home located in Cape Coral's Yacht Club neighborhood. The house has 2 spacious living room areas with multi-slide patio doors that open up to the heated pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 65" smart TV and a sliding door that leads to the lanai and pool. The other two spacious bedrooms both have king beds as well as a 50" smart TV. All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets and the master bedroom has 2 seperate walk-in closets. The kitchen has a passthrough window out to the lanai and all appliances are new and includes a seperate wine fridge to host your favorite wines.
The neighborhood has walking paths along the streets so you can safely enjoy your daily walks. We also have two cruiser bikes in the garagwe you are weclome to use. You are minutes away from local restaurants, bars, shopping and Cape Coral's own Yacht Club Boat House open air restaurant & beach. Gulf access by boat is 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and another 20 minutes to the to the Gulf of Mexico. We have a property manager who lives minutes away and she is available should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Come enjoy this beautiful property and all it has to offer. We do require you complete our owners Rental Agremeent in addition to any VRBO agreements you are required to complete.
