Mountain Home with incredible views from a private downstairs living space. The house is separated into two floors with the owner living upstairs.

The downstairs has its own entrance and truly feels like its own house. Private large living area with 1 bedroom and private bathroom. Shared outdoor kitchen and entertainment area in the fenced in backyard. Separate cabin located on property available for visiting guests (fee applies). Monthly housekeeping services available with reasonable fee. 3.5-acre lot with beautiful views of the mountains. Very private setting and quiet neighborhood. Must have 4 Wheel Drive transportation in winter. 20-minute drive to Staunton State Park (favorite 2024 Colorado State Park) and 40-minute drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. 5-Star Rating and Guest Favorite on Airbnb.
