Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Great Customer Service

Great location. Great customer service. Nice unit. Dishwasher was not working. I reported it and they had a repairman there the next day to repair it. I ordered something from @Amazon and it was delivered by USPS and put in the mailbox. I reported it and they retrieved it and left it in the unit for me.

Great Honalulu place

A luxury condo- well equipped and comfortable however- Could use new plush pillows - the ones on bed are cheap & uncomfortable. The lanai cushions also need replacing. Torn and very worn down. Other than that- very nice place!!

Loved the view!

We loved the view of the marina and ocean. Great location to go everywhere we wanted to go in Waikiki. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything ran fine. Could use some TV instructions but we watched very little TV.

Book direct through resort not through VRBO

When you book through VRBO you cannot get fresh towels or use the workout facilities. There is no in room laundry facilities, so this type of arrangement is inconvenient. I would not do it again.

The property is very nice and spacious. Wish the A/C was a central air, but the wall unit worked for us. Location is perfect. View of Marina and sunsets to die for. Will be back again!

Beautiful stay!

Everything was perfect, except for the lanai. Chairs need new cushions (under $70 at Home Depot), also could use a smaller table. Loved the Harbor view and watching the boats come and go. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it would be 5 star, if the lanai was updated.

Location! Location! Location!!

Perfect view and location. Easy walking distance to everything you need. Inside modern and updated. Especially enjoyed the fridge with ice and water on door. One observation. Deck table way too big and padding on deck chairs worn, threadbare and stained. Needs immediate attention. Easy fix to make it a100% desirable unit.

Updated and clean with great view

Booked 2 units in this building around same price. Unit 1102 was great. Everything is updated and clean and the view was great. They even had a pair of binoculars so we could check out all the boats coming and going out of the Marina. I would stay in this unit again for sure. Couple small issues. Bathroom sink has drainage issues and there is a white bird that has taken up residence on the balcony so lots of bird crap. The patio table on the balcony is way to big and takes up most of the space. The other unit we rented for same rate was unit 2018 which we recommend you stay away from as it is in dire need of repairs and updates.

Well worth it!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel a month earlier with another couple. We really liked the location, within walking distance to the beach, 2 malls, many great restaurants and car rentals across the street. The VRBO was beautiful, well thought out and clean. Everything you could need!! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was the air conditioner was very loud. Thanks for the great stay! We’ll stay again. :-)

Great view, great location, well maintained property, nice pools, very comfortable bed

Overall a very good option for visiting Waikiki. The kitchen could be better equipped and didn’t care for bathroom sink but all else positive. Great view, great location. The building is well maintained. Nice pools. The restaurant on the property, Cinnamons is good and convenient . The Modern next door offers dining options which we enjoyed. Walkable to Ala Moana park and mall. The condo had everything needed to enjoy Waikiki.

Comfortable Suite w/ Great View from Lanai

I've stayed at the Ilikai numerous times and this exact unit one other time and have been very pleased. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher which some other units don't. The king bed is comfortable and there's also a convertible sofa. And my favorite part is the spacious lanai with dining table and chairs and gorgeous view! Perhaps the only negative is that the shower is quite noisy.

Fun in the SUN

Great location in the heart of Waikiki beach! Easy access to shopping, great food, fun bars and most importantly the beach. Outside of the building could use a paint job but the overal presentation of the condo was great. Would recommend.
