Along with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, this stunning resort has an 18-hole championship golf course (a Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course surrounded by six mountain peaks), two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, a seasonal 90-foot water slide, a fitness center, saunas, spa services, multiple restaurants, two private tennis courts, and 18 kilometers of cross-country skiing terrain, a fly fishing center, a cross-country ski center, and hiking and biking trails.

The Everline puts endless outdoor activities at your doorstep! In the winter, enjoy skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and dog sled tours through the glistening landscape. In warmer months, stroll one minute to the stunning adjacent 18-hole championship golf course. Take a nature trail walk within the resort, hit hiking amid the peaks of Palisades Tahoe, or rent bikes and ride along the Truckee River Bike Trail - less than 3.5 miles from home. Drive 13 minutes to Alpine Meadows - an idyllic location for guided horseback rides.

The beautifully decorated double queen room condo that sleeps up to four and has a picture window overlooking Tahoe National Forest and the beautiful third fairway of the property's golf course. area with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. There is an LCD tv with pay movie and game service, free internet, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and extra electrical outlets near the bed.

Upscale appointments such as custom furnishings with rich tones, warm stain colors, natural slate, tumbled limestone, granite and natural iron come together to provide the perfect mountain getaway. Adding to your comfort are a recently purchased sofa sleeper with a comfortable foam mattress instead of the older spring type, two comfortable sitting chairs that recline, fluffy comforters and pillows, a gas-fireplace with stone surround and wood mantle, LCD flat panel TV/s, and high-speed wireless internet.

**Resort chairlift is closed for the season.** Ski in/ski out with direct access to the Resort Chair at Palisades Tahoe. Free shuttle to the Village at Palisades in the winter.

Use of the pools, spas, fitness center, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village are included with the Resort fee.

$50/day Resort Fee is included in the price.
Parking: Valet $65 per night Self Park: $30 per night. If you bring a vehicle, these fees are not included in the price, and will have to be paid to the resort directly. Parking fees are subject to change.

12.5% taxes: 11.5% Placer County lodging tax, 1% transit tax, and 0.5% Local Assessment are added to your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Call us. We will usually refund 100% if 30 days or more prior to check-in. 50 % if 7 to 30 days prior to check-in.
