Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath split-level home in Old Colorado City with beautiful mountain views, a large outdoor covered patio, and a large fenced yard. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood with nearby Olympic training center, Pikes Peak, Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, Parks, hiking, sightseeing, mountain biking and so much more all within a few miles.!

when you enter the house through the front door, the stairs to the second floor are to the right, you will enjoy two spacious rooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Entering the front door you can go straight downstairs to the family room, kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom with tub/shower.
