This rental includes the 2nd full weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival.

It also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel with its array of restaurants and shops.

The DSV resort property has 4 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, lots of BBQs, a fitness center, convenience store, even facilities for kids. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

DESCRIPTIONS: The one-bedroom KIng Suite unit sleeps 4. The bedroom has a king-size bed and has its own TV. It is spacious with a beautiful 2-room bathroom. The good-sized living room has a large TV, a fireplace and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a large refrigerator. There is also a clothes washer and dryer. Best of all, a nice patio deck accessed from the bedroom and the living room overlooks one of the lush golf course fairways.

The 2-room bathroom has a large shower and a sink in one room and a whirlpool bathtub with a vanity and sink in the other.

Additionally, there is also a studio unit available that also sleeps 4. If you would like them both I can try to get the two joined together but there are no guarantees that can be done.

Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall. A major supermarket is located just 5 minutes up the street from the resort entrance.
