Welcome to the Bearplex! This cute and cozy one-bedroom duplex is perfect for accommodating remote workers, traveling health care providers, the casual travelers, and weekend warriors! The Bearplex is located just off Hwy 70 and is conveniently located to many popular places and businesses in New Bern.
The space
The Bearplex is a clean, stylish and cozy place to call home away from home.
The spacious living room features a comfortable couch, rocking chair and large smart TV where you can log into your personal accounts. Books from local authors & a few games are also there for your enjoyment.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook meals. The kitchen also has a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster and Pur water filter pitcher for your use.
The bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, bedside table and ample closet space.
The mudroom/laundry room has a large washer and dryer for your use along with places to hang your coats and take off your shoes. We provide a couple of laundry pods.

I'm a New Bern native. I grew up on the property next to the Bearplex. I work and play in the City of New Bern and wanted a space where others can feel at home and enjoy our great city
Why they chose this property
My family has lived on the property next to the Bearplex for over 50 years. My brother and I bought the duplex in 2020. We love living just outside the city and wanted to share a space with others.
