This quiet home is in the heart of downtown St. John's on a hillside overlooking the harbour with a stunning view of the colourful Battery and Signal Hill.
Art Galleries, churches and historic sites are also nearby. This historic stand alone home features a deck from which you can view a resplendent hillside garden and the ships and yachts in the harbour.
Above all, it is a safe and tranquil home where one can find peace, comfort, and lasting memories.

Wonderful Location and Home

The house is in a perfect location and is a wonderful older home full of charm and character. There were 3 of us and we all had a wonderful bedroom. It was lovely to come back to our cozy base at the end of exploring each day.
