Quiet relaxing condo in paradise
Enjoy our very beautiful condo in a quiet development. With a fishing pier and amazing sunsets. This one bedroom unit on the second floor and is a great space. Within walking distance to a few great restaurants and bars. There is a pool and lounge chairs to rest and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our unit is a 30 day rental. There are two laundry rooms on the property. This property also has plenty of parking and beautiful landscaping. They do require a background check and a minimum stay of 30 days.

What makes this property unique
Our fishing piers is a great spot to watch the dolphins or do some fishing. Very relaxing spot but close to a few great restaurants too.
