Relaxing

I wondered about the size when I first saw it but it was really spread out and there was plenty of room. Very nice kitchen, dining and living area. The kids played a lot in the sun room area. Everyone loved the deck on the dock by the water. There was a chess set and a few other little games the kids played. The beach and stores are very close. Seemed like a very safe neighborhood.

Labor Day

We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room inside plus outside for a jet ski and boat, the dock was perfect for sitting. We would return in the future.

Nice but needs work

The exterior of the property is very well appointed and we really enjoyed the covered dock area. The interior of the house is nice and roomy however needs some work. The floors are uneven and wavy, kitchen cabinet doors need repair, Carpet needs to be replaced. Property needs a toaster. Mold in hallway bath caulk. Property manager was very responsive to HVAC Repair and door handle that was broken at time of check in. The property has tons of potential and if these issues are addressed we would definitely stay here again.
