You can enjoy the sunset, boat traffic in the Vaca Cut, and gorgeous ocean views from the multiple balconies. There is maximum privacy for each bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Key Colony Point offers 31 individually owned upscale units on over 3 acres of oceanfront property and a small swimming beach, fishing pier, swimming pool, hot tub, sports court, and two grilling areas. Located on a point with both southern and western shorelines. Key Colony Point is one of the few properties in which you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise. There is plenty of room for games and relaxing. Outside the pool, pier, beach, sports court, and gas grill are steps away.
