There are two stylish bedrooms with queen-sized beds, with the addition of a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for guests.
Just like the bedrooms, the bathroom is comfortable with a soaking tub w/ shower. The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

*KITCHEN & DINING*
The open kitchen and dining area comfortably seats 4 people and is outfitted with the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. Also your own private washer + dryer.

*LIVING ROOM*
The living room boasts with the floor to ceiling glass doors leading out to the private balcony, which allows you to take in the views of the pool/hot tub and lagoon. Relax on the sofa and plush chair while watching a movie on the smart TV.

*OUTSIDE SPACE*
While you have deeded beach access across the street and activities nearby, the condo provides and outdoor sanctuary to enjoy. A shared regular size pool, kids pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, kayaks, BBQ area, fishing pier with a cleaning station and a dock to park your boat (first come first serve).
