Walk 20 minutes to the downtown beach shuttles or Drive 20 mins to soak up the sunshine at Pensacola Beach then come home, fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ dinner under the stars! We are located very close to the water, with views from the property of Pensacola Bay and the Cove where commercial fishing vessels come and go. The house was previously owned by a family of shrimp boat captains and 10 children were raised here before becoming a shrimp net factory and now in 2024 renovated into a beautiful duplex.

We have one exterior security camera facing the driveway/front yard only - it has no view of the private patio area.
