About this property

Luxury Condo and all your beach needs provided all you need is your swimsuit

Newly updated flooring in all the bedrooms.

This villa comes with beach gear and cleaning. The villa is located on the first floor so you can escape to the beach quickly. Our villa includes cable and wireless internet.

Packing for vacation is a bear. Those sandy beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella not to mention the beach toys and games. Leave them at home! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, wagon to haul everything to the beach, a grill, and a rolling cooler. Your kids have room in the car to spread out now!

Upon entering the condo, you will appreciate the beautifully furnished and professionally decorated villa. The kitchen is equipped with the home cook in mind. Our villa has access to an elevator and outdoor shower. You have full access to the storage bin on the parking level.

Where's the beach?: Getting to the beach is easy, only a three minute walk to the beach. You can see the surf from the front porch. The beach club is a five minute walk from the villa. It includes an ocean front pool and kiddie pool as well as a Tiki Bar and full service restaurant. There is also beach access at the pool and you have full use of the parking facilities, you want to drop kids and gear off.

In the evening, enjoy the lagoon view from the back deck.

Golf or tennis anyone? The tennis courts are on site and part of the Islander Resort. Golf - more than enough courses to choose from.

Myrtle Beach is just a 45 minute drive and you can have all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions that you want. There are some great restaurants on and off the island too.

Ocean Isle Beach is a great family beach. It is wonderful for beach walks, sunsets, ocean swimming, fishing and creating great family memories!

Wonderful family time at Ocean Isle

Great location with easy walk to the beach. The play has perfect amount of towels, utensils, beach stuff, etc for yiur stay. Very responsive owner! Love this place!

Family time

The condo is very nice. Close enough to the beach to walk. Our family was just down the road in the big house where we spent most of our time. It’s always good to be at the beach.

Fun stay (but there are a few notes to be made)!

My family and I appreciated each bedroom having its own private bath! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with essentials. It was also a great convenience to have beach chairs, wagon, toys (for kids & adults) & umbrella provided! However, I want to make note of a few things- 1. No essentials were provided (ie shower essentials, toilet paper/paper towels- not even to get you started for your trip), 2. You are expected to make your own bed upon arrival. 3. The laundry room is an absolute disaster. No organization for towels and it’s just piled and stuffed anywhere there was room. 4. There is not enough living room seating for everyone to sit together should you have more than 4/5 guests. 5. The condo was genuinely dirty. I know the toilets were at least clean because the cleaners left their cleaning solution in the bowl. Despite these things, we still had a great & memorable trip!

Great family vacation

Great spot for our family. House had everything we could possibly need. Only thing that was difficult was the 1000 checkout, and that we had to wash all of the linens, all sheets/ towels. Literally finished at 9:58 with last load to the dryer.

Pre-summer stay in mid May

Beautiful place to stay with four large bedrooms and private bathrooms ample kitchen utensils toys games lawn chairs bicycles etc. to use. Please note the pool And bar restaurant doesn’t open Until the weekend before Memorial Day though the owner did let us use the pool And it is beautiful. A little bit of a walk to the beach and pool but the place was so nice it was worth it.

Good location

Owner not very responsive to messages, difficulty getting door open. Wet clothes had been left in the washer and smelled. Disposal did not work and upon inspection found a magnetic toy ball in it. Fixed disposal for them, always had to enter from rear due to front door not operating properly. Had to re wash clothes and fold sheets that were supposed to be available to us at check in.

Great Condo

We had such a great time here! Easy beach access, very comfortable beds, and nice back porch! Five star place to stay!! Oh and beautiful pool next to the ocean! Loved it!!

The condo was very attractively furnished and within easy walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The few questions I had of the owner were answered promptly . I would definitely stay at this property again.

Exactly as advertised

Very close to a beach safe for kids, easily walkable even hauling beach gear. Kids also loved the community pool although hot tub was broken all week. I underestimated how much my kids would love the turtle ponds! My son and daughter were obsessed. Porch was lovely even on hot days- shady and catches the beach breeze beautifully. Great week and a great condo for my family to relax for the week

Getaway

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and everything that was advertised. The beach was a short walk from the condo and you could use the wagon to cart your beach supplies. You do need more than one person with some muscle to cart the wagon up and down the steps at the beach access. The only thing I was not crazy about was the Nest thermostat, having that installed takes away the ability of tge person staying in the unit to set the AC or heat for their comfort.

My son’s Wedding

The owner was really easy to get in touch with. The location was perfect and convenient to everything! We had to wash our sheets and towels before we left which was ok their detergent ran out by I bought some the same brand they had and took mine with me. Again this is for accuracy of what to expect not a complaint (at least not for me!). Bring your toiletries like TP/hand soap for all bathrooms as there are 4(if your going to use them all (again $1ech no biggie there is a dollar store right up the road +Publix & Lowe’s food! The comfort and beautiful location make it worth while! So much to do and the place already comes with all you could need or want for the beach!!!! They even had board games and card games galore (we couldn’t enjoy them except for the cooler do to previous pre wedding activities) but we did stop and take an hour to just enjoy the beach view and talk with my son before he entered the next chapter of his life with his beautiful bride! Thank you sooooo much Monica for the Villa we enjoyed it!!! Wait we also enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the turtles!
