The space
Situated on the ground floor of a modern ten story complex, this apartment consists of an open plan kitchen living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms decorated with tasteful beige, black and hints of gold. The living room looks out onto the gardens.
This property comes with free wifi.

- Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, wine cooler, dining table, dishwasher, washer/dryer
- Living Area- Smart TV, sofa bed (2 people) and armchair
- Bedroom 1 - double bed (two people), built-in wardrobe, dedicated work area and ensuite with shower
- Bedroom 2: double bed (two people)
- Main bathroom: bath/shower

Guests have full access to the apartment

>All bookings require a £200 deposit. This is fully refundable as long as there are no damages and no rules are broken during your stay.
> Guests must also provide ID
Check-in details will not be sent if guests haven’t completed these requirements.

- Strictly no smoking in our apartment.
- Strictly no parties/ large gatherings.
- No additional guests than those on booking
- All guests must respect our quiet hours

Any breech of rules will result in immediate eviction from the premises. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will not be refunded for the remainder of your stay.
*any costs to cover damages to our property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the £200 security deposit, you will be charged further to cover all costs*
