This lovely new house (i rebuilt the old one in the previous reviews) is right on the ocean at the mouth of Rio Nosara. Peaceful, quiet, away from the madding crowds of Guiones and Pelada, but close enough you can walk, drive or grab a tuktuk.

Your apartment has its own entrance. You are only a few steps from the river and the ocean, where you can swim, surf empty waves, or catch your dinner.

Wifi is free and fast with both local fiber and Starlink.
