About this property

Historic 2 bed, 1 bath, cute rental in downtown provo, walking distance BYU

This cute historic house is all about location! We are right in the middle of it- downtown provo is a couple blocks away as is BYU, we are really close to the library as well. You can catch the new track system just a block away that will take you around Provo and even all the way to Orem for free. The condo is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with shower that shares a porch with the owners home. Great location, downtown Provo and BYU, UVU and Sundance. There is a queen bed in the master room and a double bed in second room. The bathroom is located in the master. Fully equipt kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. No smoking, no pets. It is a quaint place and you will love the porch, the view of the mountains and local bakery just 2 blocks away. No pets, owner is allergic.

Excellent place to stay
The house was well cleaned and was as described in the listing. The owners were excellent to work with. They made it extra nice with the little additions of providing shampoo and conditioner etc everything to make your stay comfortable. It was a short walk to the BYU campus also. We will definitely stay there again.

Tiny haven
This location is a condo adjoining a house. The condo is very quaint and small but it was the perfect location for our family get together. We wouldn't have all fit in the apartment but it was close to our event where we did fit. Luckily, there were only 4 of us in the actual condo. We were able to be near our family and celebrate the holidays and could actually walk back at the end of the day. The bathroom is in the master bedroom so that was tricky when someone needed the facilities in the night. But luckily, we are all family! The owner was really good to get back with all our questions promptly. I would recommend this location for a small group. Its an ideal location for BYU or other things happening in Provo.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay.
A very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The amentities were very acomodating and nice. Easy access to anywhere in provo but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city so you get a quiet night's sleep. Highly recommended if anyone is thinking about staying here in provo.

Great place!
It is a great little place to rent! The steps are a little small & steep for babies & toddlers but if you watch them good around them they will be fine! The customer service is excellent! Overall I was satisfied with my stay :)

Great location! Convenient to everything in Provo
This place worked well for a week long stay in Provo so my son could attend a summer camp. Neighborhood is quiet. Parking was convenient. We were out and about most days. Worked fine as a place to sleep and shower.

Clean, Sufficient, Comfortable
It was perfect for what me and my business partners needed it for. The kitchen appliances worked well, we were able to cook many meals there. The kitchen was tight though when we moved the table into the middle of the room for us all to eat on it. The only draw back is that there is no central living room area, and the TV hadn't been hooked up yet, which made for a long 10 days, but there could have been worse things. Angie is AWESOME! She hooked us up with everything we needed as far as sheets, towels, etc, and left us to ourselves so that we wouldn't be bothered. I would highly suggest if you're looking for a cozy place to stay that this is a great choice.

We have lived many places including Hawaii, California and Arizona but landed in Utah to be near family. We love Utah for its beauty and the good people. There are many lakes to fish & swim in and mountains to climb and find serenity in!

Why they chose this property

We were fortunate to find this little gem of a house that was built nearly 200 years ago in downtown Provo. Our house has a condo that was built onto after a remodel and the condo is what we rent out for the vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

If you get locked out- were right next door and you don’t have to pay 100$s of dollars :)
