Please be aware that there is construction nearby, including the development of new homes and a waterpark. As our street is completed, you shouldn’t hear construction noise inside and work wraps by 5PM so evenings will be undisturbed.

Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclement weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
