The rental rate you see includes weekly spa and gardening service, as well as natural gas and electric utility costs, EXCEPT electric utility cost is NOT included from May through September. If you rent those months, an Advance Electric Utility Deposit of $500/month will be required. (Any extra will be returned.)

Also included in your rent is a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).
