The Space:
Spanning an impressive 4,831 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 800 sq. ft. Batcave-themed game room, our mansion is crafted to accommodate up to 24 guests in sheer comfort and style. Each room in the house has been recently updated with hard flooring, enhancing the clean and elegant feel throughout. From the sumptuous linens and towels to the complimentary toiletries and high-speed internet, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make you feel at home.

The inside of the house features 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms all with their own unique and enchanting themes. The main kitchen and open living space features new appliances, a large island with bar seating, and large wrap around couch to provide comfortable seating for large groups. Upstairs contains a lounge with its own kitchenette.

The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring a-screen enclosed patio with a pool, heated spa, and ample seating for dining or lounging under the Florida sun. A gas grill awaits your barbecue feasts, while the nearby neighborhood resort's plethora of amenities—including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, resort pool, fitness room, playground and poolside cafe—are just steps away.

Getting Around:
This home, located in Solterra resort, is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away. The area also features numerous golf courses, including Providence Golf Club and ChampionsGate Golf Club, both under 10 mins away.

Bringing or renting a car is recommended for convenient access to all attractions nearby and in the greater Orlando area. Free onsite parking is available at the home. There is enough room to park 2 cars. Ubers and taxis are also common in the area if needed.

If you are flying in/out of the area, the closest airports are: MCO-Orlando Intl. (42 min drive), ISM-Kissimmee Gateway (31 min drive). Note: rush-hour and other periods of high-traffic can significantly increase travel times and fluctuate, so plan accordingly.
