Spend time roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit or gather the family for a game night in front of the indoor fireplace. Enjoy 2 floors of comfortable living in the beautiful, gated community of Penn Estates. You'll have access to everything the community has to offer including sports courts, an outdoor pool & playground, as well as lakes!

Family friendly home that accommodates up to 8 guests. Our sleeping arrangements sleep 6, you are welcome to bring an air mattress and blankets for it if you have extra guests.

This three-bedroom two bath home is located within the Penn Estates gated community. During your stay you will have access to community a selection of amenities including an outdoor pool, playgrounds, baseball field, volleyball court, as well as tennis and basketball courts. Amenity passes are available Memorial Day through Labor Day for the pool and lake. Six amenity passes are provided, additional passes may be purchased prior to your stay for 25$ each.

This home has everything you may need including a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a large smart TV and wood burning fireplace, a rustic dining table that can sit 6-8 guests, washer/dryer, and outdoor space entertainment space. The outdoor space is accessible through the rear sliding door on the first floor. Enjoy a large patio with a gas grill (propane provided), amble outdoor furniture/seating including a hammock; all situated around an outdoor firepit!

All linens, towels, basic necessities and toiletries are all provided for you during your stay! Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV as well! The bedroom and bathroom layout is as follows:

2nd Floor:
~Master bedroom with Queen bed & private bathroom with tub/shower combo
~Kids room with two Twin beds

Feel safe and secure; Penn Estates is a gated community, all vehicles/persons will have to be registered in order to gain entry.
No need to worry about keys as the home has an electronic keypad lock.
You will have access to all the community and home has to offer besides one locked closet in the Master Bedroom.

This home is within the private residential community of Penn Estates. We are located at the end of a coltasac. You will be required to show your driver's license upon arrival at the gate. The roads have a speed limit of 25MPH and are speed monitored and patrolled by community safety officers. There are a handful of sports courts and fields including basketball, tennis, volleyball and more. Large playground for the younger ones. During the summer you can enjoy the pools and lake with a beach.

The neighborhood and road are safe to take a stroll on. It's best to use your car when going to community amenities. There is parking at amenity locations.

-There is a max of 3 cars allowed.
-Registration information must be in 4 days before arrival by 12pm; if not submitted on time or booking a last minute reservation you are responsible for the 35$ fee.

-All guest registration information required by community (guests first & last names, stating which if any guests are under 21, and car information {make/model/year/color/plate and state})
