About the host

We are a family of four, with two young kids. We all fell immediately in love with the property at first sight when we moved to Louisville in 2023. Our daughter's first reaction was, "it's like a princess castle"! We enjoy walks, runs, & bike rides through the neighborhood, as well as playing in the yard and just relaxing around the fire-pit.
Why they chose this property
We love Indian Hills for it's park like setting (mature trees, winding streets, rolling hills), it represents quintessential Kentucky, in the heart of the city. Close to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to Downtown & Churchill Downs.
What makes this property unique
It's likely one of the most iconic properties in the entire city, as it majestically sits atop Indian Hills, with breathtaking architectural beauty in a park like setting.
