Welcome to your favorite mountain home. This well decorated home comes with many amenities, including a gas fire place, hot tub, a pond out the back door for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding, and just a few minutes walk from the Blue River and hiking trails. The property is centrally located in Silverthorne, providing 15-20 minute access to Cooper, Keystone, Loveland, and Breckenridge.

The downstairs features plenty of comfortable seating around the fireplace, a gourmet kitchen including an espresso machine, and dining seating for 8 with amazing views from every room.

The master bedroom features a king bed with stunning views and a large master bath with a jetted tub and steam shower. A desk allows you to work (if you must) with the best home office views.

The ensuite bedroom features a queen bed and private bath.

Two additional guest rooms include two twin beds and a bunk (full over queen) joined by a jack and jill bath.

This home has all the supplies to make your stay as convenient and easy as possible, including a fully stocked kitchen and games for the whole family.

A canoe and paddle boards are supplied and will allow you to enjoy the private pond right out the back door.

Laundry detergent also supplied so you can utilize the private washer and dryer.

North pond is just a few minutes walk where you can swim and enjoy the beach in the summer and ice staking in the winter. Blue river is steps away for fishing or cold plunges and miles of walking right on the Blue River trail.
