About this property

Surf, fish, relax at the beautiful Cape beaches. Stylish & updated (3/24--newer pics coming next week) beach home that was a pleasure to renovate & design with the beach traveler in mind. Large, fenced-in PRIVATE patio, 3 blocks (.2 miles) from the beach. East side of A1A, beach side, you want this!. Plenty of parking, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathroom.
Wagon w/all the gear (coolers, boogie boards, bikes, etc) to get to the beach w/easy garage access. Grill out at home or go out to so many amazing restaurants, we are approx 1 mi to Cocoa Beach Pier, 1 mi to Port Canaveral, get out & explore!
So much to do, so little time :)
