Gulf front Splash Resort Condo, 3rd Floor, Beachfront, Free Beach Service

Splash 303 West is a very spacious two bedroom, two bath condo with a bunk room. It is very conveniently located on the third floor of the west tower.

It is beautifully furnished with many conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar. and DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Sterns and Foster mattress, and a 50" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a garden tub and separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. There is a separate bunk room with three twin beds. The third twin bed is in the drawer below the bottom bunk. Please note that the bunk room, does not have a door. The guest bath has a tub shower combination.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything, including a new french door refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher and a new slide in electric range and all the small appliances you need. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The balcony spans both the living room and the master bedroom with access from both, and has comfortable furniture including two cushioned chairs and table and two chaise lounges with 8' cushions and tables.

This condo perfectly met our needs! We have 5 kids under the age of 8. They had lots of space and several options for sleeping. They rotated between using the 2nd bedroom, the bunk bed w/trundle, & the sofa sleeper during our visit. They particularly enjoyed the sofa sleeper w/the larger tv. The condo was very clean and had many things provided like washing detergent, beach toys, etc. The balcony position is nice. However, the balcony furniture was a little "worn" looking. We didn't use the balcony much, due to safety precautions w/several children, so it wasn't a big deal. The lower floor (3rd) made it possible to bypass the elevator at times. One elevator was under maintenance during our visit. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were convenient. The pool and water park area were a welcome break from the sand at times. The water in the slide area was definitely colder than the pool. A souvenir store is directly across the street (attached to our parking deck). This was very convenient and allowed for random shopping without having to load up in a car. Communication with the owners was fantastic! They checked in frequently & were definitely available if we had any issues. Someone had unplugged the television before we arrived, & there was a note to call if problems w/reception. We did this and had prompt assistance. They even texted us at 1 p.m. saying our room was ready (4 p.m. is normal). We had a great time. No complaints!!

Very nicely decorated with furnishings and decor. Peak season so patience needed for elevators. Water was wonderful and small pools and lazy rivers were nice. Overall a great time!

Long weekend
The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The children loved the splash pad and pool. Nnot unexpectedly, the beach was a little crowded but we enjoyed our time with family and found a lot of shells.

Loved the condo! It was just as listed! The third level was convenient when it came to over crowded elevators. You could easily jump on the stairs and skip long wait times! Checking in and out was a breeze! I would stay at Splash again, and most definitely through the Pritchard Properties! The communication was top notch! We enjoyed every minute.

Really enjoyed the condo, great view and not super high so we could use the stairs. Everything you need in the kitchen, although the coffee maker is a bit tired and could be updated. Chairs on balcony are nice, the cushions are a bit worn out but we sat there a lot anyway. Great communication from the host. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the property and out trip. Only area for any other comment would be that you can’t get wrist bands or parking passes after the desk closes at 5:00. Doesn’t leave much time after the afternoon check in or any for later arrivals.

Wonderful trip
We had a fabulous time staying here. My family loved the easy access to the pool and we weren’t too high up that we couldn’t use the stairs sometimes. The condo was clean and everything we needed was all right there. We did run into a few little things but they were addressed immediately. Thanks again for a wonderful week of memories❤️

Great Spring Break!!
The Splash Resort was the best. My grandkids loved the slides, the lazy river and of course the heated pool. The beach was easily accessible, and absolutely beautiful. Our unit had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. We will book there again.

Despite a chilly week at the beach the condo made up for not being able to be on the beach. Directly facing west made for beautiful sunsets. Condo was as described and the owners engaged in making our stay easy and enjoyable. Would stay in this unit again.

10/10 would stay here again. The condo was exactly as described and more. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The check in process was easy. We will be staying here again in the future. Everything was clean, there was a pack and play crib at the unit which made it easy with our infant. We came with another party to the splash resort, the other unit didn’t even come close to the comfort of this unit. We loved the amenities of the Splash resort as well. The only downside to the resort was the questionable elevator but we were on the 3rd floor so the stairs were easy to find.
