You'll love this downtown home just blocks from the iconic Broughton street. From cathedral-ceilinged living/dining room to large, balconied master bedroom, you will be pleased and eased by the spaciousness, serenity and design of this home. A fully and amply equipped kitchen, laundry room, guest room (with pull-out sofa) and full bath are on the first floor. A private, decked, garden patio in back is through the French for morning coffee, or that evening glass of wine. On the second floor you'll find a king-sized bed, with adjoining walk-in closet and second full bath. Retire to the library area for a quiet evening in. Open the French doors to the Juliet balcony for evening breezes.


This neighborhood is close to so many of Savannah's best local restaurants. Spend your afternoons taking a stroll down on Broughton street or River street. Enjoy ice cream at Leopold's after dinner at Chive. You can't beat breakfast at Dottie's with a Michelin star chef and owner!

Perfect weekend getaway
I cannot say enough great things about this property. Everything was perfection. Super clean, quiet and great location. Only a couple of blocks from the hop-on hop off trolley stop. Close to a couple of squares that you can get to walking. The natural light in the loft bedroom was a great way to wake up in the morning. If you're looking for a sweet little place for a romantic getaway, you have found it!
