Welcome to “Saltwater Palms” at Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. When entering our 2bd/2ba condo you will be greeted by a warm and inviting space with comfortable coastal charm and panoramic views.

The KITCHEN has been thoughtfully outfitted to provide everything you’ll need, whether you’re brewing your morning coffee, preparing snacks for the beach, or whipping up a wonderful meal.

You’ll find comfort in our well-appointed BEDROOMS. The primary bedroom features panoramic views of sparkling gulf waters, direct access to the private balcony, an en-suite bathroom, and king sized bed. The guest bedroom or kids' room features ample storage, a queen-sized bed, and twin bunk beds. Both rooms offer the opportunity to unwind and watch your favorite shows on smart TVs.

Your RESORT EXPERIENCE will be enhanced by a wealth of amenities. We provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a wagon, beach toys, and pool towels. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, lounge on the sundeck, or stroll along the private beach access just minutes from your door. Little ones will love Tops’y’s Activity Island which provides weekly activities for a small fee. Older children and teens will be delighted by mini golf, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis, or the sauna, steam room, and gym in the fitness facility.
