A landlord provided Beach Pass gives you FREE parking at any of Barnstable’s 15 salt and freshwater beaches. The property features one floor living with a living room that flows into an eat-in kitchen. Off the kitchen you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed. There are three bedrooms total, one with 2 twin beds each and another bedroom with a queen bed with a half bath. Window AC units in all bedrooms will keep you cool on those balmy summer days. On the back deck you will find a seating area, dining table and a propane grill. Outdoor shower makes it really convenient after the beach, especially with children. In the basement there is a washer and dryer make it convenient and not having to pack a lot. One car garage to store your bikes and beach chairs. No pets allowed. 7-night minimum rentals.
