We stayed here in June/July 3024 and found it to be a good fit for our large (6 kids) family. We were happy to stay here again for our Christmas visit to the area. Lisa, our host, is extremely helpfuland prompt.
We enjoyed our stay. For us the location was perfect, far enough away from but close enough to local town. The cabin was very clean and well mantained.
This property worked well for my family of 8 (2 parents and 6 kids). We were able to visit with my parents and with cousins easily in the open living areas and on the large deck. We arrived during a thunderstorm and the power was out. Our host had already contacted the electrical company and so we were without power for only an hour. It was a very comfortable, cozy place to stay for our annual summer visit. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful House and so close to the Lake. The owners were so helpful with any questions I had. I would love to stay there again. There where storms all around us, but where the house was the just passed over us. The family was safe, so definitely 10 stars if they would let me rate it that high.
The house was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The lake is a very short distance away. Lisa was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!
I had never been to Mountain Home Arkansas, so i didn't know what to expect. It was quiet and remote and wonderful. The lake house was clean and roomy. Open concept kitchen/living room is great for spending time with one another. We wanted to see the eclipse and be in the path of totality so that's how I happened upon this VRBO. The host was so amazing .... even leaving us glasses to watch the eclipse with! Very clean with a large front porch, perfect for star gazing and morning coffee. Very much enjoyed our time here.
