Tastefully decorated, this lovely 40m2 studio is close to various top attractions, such as the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It is located on the 15th floor and has elevator access.

This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sofa bed and a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. You can also access the private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station which serve both the Red & Greenline, is just a 15-20-minutes walk.

DXB Airport is approximately 25-30 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just about 5-10 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is around 15-20 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is roughly 15-20 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is approximately 20-25 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
